This Account Manager role is direct hire with our client in Denver, CO.

They would prefer local to Denver (hybrid) Or Remote, who can work 7 AM - 4 PM MST. Compensation Structure: $60,000 base salary with ongoing 2% commission on the total managed book of business. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with this brand new business unit for a company that has been in business for over 2 decades. You will be part of a fast paced, sales driven, team!

Our client is expanding their digital client success team and hiring Marketing Managers to support businesses nationwide. As a Marketing Account Manager you will guide clients through onboarding campaign setup performance monitoring optimization and long term success. You will serve as a strategic partner who interprets data, builds recommendations and ensures every client receives a high value marketing experience. You will manage multiple client accounts at once and ensure each one receives consistent communication and strategic support.

This role is perfect for marketers who enjoy digital strategy analytics and client communication. It is also ideal for recent marketing graduates with strong potential and a desire to build a career in digital media.

What You Will Do

  • Own the client relationship after the sale is closed

  • Lead kickoff calls and gather campaign requirements

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and organized follow up

  • Partner with Ad Ops for accurate campaign setup pacing and delivery

  • Monitor performance across all digital platforms

  • Provide optimization recommendations based on results and client goals

  • Prepare monthly reporting and present strategic insights

  • Respond quickly to client questions and provide excellent service

  • Identify upsell or renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales

  • Document all communication tasks and insights in the CRM

  • Support consistent communication and a smooth experience across the client lifecycle

Preferred Backgrounds(Not Required)

    • Marketing account management

    • Digital marketing in paid social search programmatic or display

    • Media agency roles

    • Marketing coordinator or campaign coordinator roles

    • Communications or PR with strong analytical skills

    • Business graduates with digital coursework or internships

  • GA4, Google Search and Meta certifications are a plus but not required

  • Full digital product training will be provided.
